Returns And Refunds

 

To return a product, please visit our Return center at https://tommyforlife.returnbird.com. We will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible, we aim to respond within 8 hours during normal business hours (9 - 18 CET). You can get in touch with us via e-mail at support@tommyforlife.zendesk.com.
If you’re unsatisfied with refurbished products you purchased from Tommy for Life, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that costs for return shipments are as follows:

Denmark: 44 DKK
Germany: 3.95 EUR
Netherlands: 3.95 EUR
France: free

While free shipments and returns are increasingly the norm when it comes to online shopping, they generate environmental costs including emissions that contribute to climate change.

REFUND TIMELINE


Refund timeline - take 10 to 14 working days (after receiving your return) for the refunded amount to appear on your statement*

RETURNS POLICY


Your online order may be returned within 30 days of receipt without having to give any reason or to inform us.

If you want to return multiple items from multiple orders, you can combine this in one shipment. Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. We will not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed by you. If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper. REFUNDS

 

REFUNDS VIA POST


If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return products, please see the RETURNS & REFUNDS section on shipping costs. We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back.

Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund email notification. Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided.

Refunds usually take 10 - 14 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer. In order to get a full refund it’s important that we receive the goods in the same condition you received them (the returned product has to be complete, unworn, unwashed by you).

 

EXCHANGE


We do not have an exchange service. You can of course return any product that you are not fully satisfied with via post.As soon as your returned parcel reaches our warehouse, your refund will be issued.
