The renewal process
The process begins with receiving the products. Those coming from our Trade In Your Tommys Program go to the Reloved line.
We also use damaged pieces from our stores and online operation. We call that Refreshed.
We carefully sort the products into different buckets, so we can see what needs to be done with them.
Some garments will only need a professional clean.
Others might need small repairs, while some we'll keep aside to recycle, or use for remixed pieces.
Before moving along in our process, all items get a good professional clean.
We even have special products to remove difficult stains.
We make sure items are as clean-as-new, meaning no germs, no smells and no traces of their former lives remain.
4. REPAIRING AND
Every piece needing repairs stops by our professional tailors, who repair all items, making them good as new.
From broken zippers or missing buttons, everything is repaired with utmost care to ensure you can't notice it.
6. PACKING AND
The final step in the process is to make sure all repaired pieces are available for sale online, ready for someone else to wear like new.
When someone finds a new favorite, we'll ship it to their doorstep, and of course we'll use recycled packaging.
